The document that is submitted in response to an invitation to tender is often the only opportunity for your organisation to gain visibility with, and put your message across to, all of the decision makers. The importance of submitting the highest quality document with the most convincing case cannot be over stressed.
It would be expected that maximum effort and the most skilled resource would be deployed to produce the tender Response. The reality is that this is rarely the case!
